Raiders Looking to Kill the Dolphins ....Playoff Chances! Odds, Preview, and Picks!
Miami Dolphins at Las Vegas Raiders
The Dolphins finally beat the big bad Patriots and eliminated them from playoff contention. Next up for the Dolphins is securing a playoff spot of their own. Tua has finally started to show signs of the elite talent that started the Dolphins' "Tank for Tua" motion a season ago. The most consistent playmaker for the Dolphins is the defense as they continue to force turnovers with at least one in 15 straight games.
The Raiders have never recovered from their "impressive" loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. One Dr. Heat blitz from losing to the Jets, the Raiders are basically on 5 game losing streak. The offense has slowed a bit but the main problem has been the defense because if the Raiders don't score 30 points they are most likely going to lose the game. Derek Carr is apparently healthy enough to play in this game, which might actually be bad news as Mariota's ability to run the ball really sparked the Raiders' offense last week.
With the Dolphins having the majority of their offensive weapons for this game that is very bad news for the Raiders swiss cheese of a defense. Derek Carr's mobility could be limited coming off his injury and his love for fumbling sets up perfectly for the Dolphins turnover machine of a defense. Dolphins dominate the Raiders and take this one.
